Booking Terms & Policies

Thank you for choosing 444 Floral Designs — where every bloom is thoughtfully curated with care and intention. Before placing your order, please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • A $75 deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full via Zelle or Apple Pay 72 hours prior to your desired date.

  • No shipping is available for fresh flower arrangements.

  • Same-day orders are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

  • Rush orders placed within 48 hours of the desired date will incur a $50 fee.

  • Delivery is available within 30 miles of zip code 30080 for a flat fee of $35.

  • Delivery window: Between 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Late pick-ups (15 minutes or more past the scheduled time) will incur a $25 fee.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your order within 48 hours of your appointment and your flowers have already been purchased, you may be responsible for repurchasing the flowers. Repurchase costs range from $50 to $200, depending on the size and quantity of your arrangement. This policy helps us ensure that your new date features the freshest blooms possible.
