Proposal Booking Terms & Policies

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to your proposal date. If your proposal is booked less than one week in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking. Final payments are accepted via Apple Pay or Zelle only — no cash or same-day payments will be accepted.

Each proposal package includes 3 hours of service, excluding setup and breakdown time. Additional time beyond the 3-hour window will be billed at $100 per hour.

Clients may reschedule once within 60 days of their original booking, with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Reschedules made within 72 hours of the event will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. Any additional reschedules will require a new booking at 50% off the original package price and are subject to availability.

If your proposal must be rescheduled due to inclement weather, you are allowed one complimentary reschedule within 60 days of the original date. After that, any further reschedules will require a new booking at 50% off the original price, subject to availability.
